Zoho CRM Dubai or XMA Boost: which fits your team?

If you are weighing Zoho CRM Dubai options against XMA Boost, this page puts them side by side. It was checked on 21 October 2026. Zoho facts come from zoho.com. XMA Boost facts come from our own plans. Where we could not confirm something, we say so.

Short version. Zoho CRM is a large CRM you configure yourself, billed per user. XMA Boost is a CRM built around WhatsApp. It is priced by plan, and your team runs it.

Who this page is for

You sell by chat. Leads come from Meta ads, forms and calls, and most of the talking happens on WhatsApp. You want every lead in one place with an owner and a next step.

Right now, some of those chats may sit on one person's phone. When that person is busy or leaves, the lead goes quiet and nobody sees it. A CRM fixes that only if your team actually uses it, so the choice is about fit, not about the longest feature list.

Is Zoho a CRM?

Yes. Zoho CRM is customer relationship management software made by Zoho. A CRM keeps your contacts, deals and follow-ups in one place. Zoho describes it on its site as "The easiest AI CRM for growth." It is billed per user, per month, in editions that add features as the price goes up.

Zoho CRM sits inside a wider Zoho product range. Its home page lists sales force automation, journey orchestration, quotes (CPQ), analytics and an AI assistant called Zia. That range is a strength if you want to configure a lot. It is also more to learn and set up.

How much is Zoho CRM in the UAE?

Zoho bills per user, per month. Its pricing page lists AED among its currency options, and the paid editions are Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate. The per-user amounts did not show in the page text we read on 21 October 2026, so check the live page. Local taxes such as VAT are added on top.

Per-user billing means the cost grows with every person you add. XMA Boost is priced in US dollars, by plan. Starter is $99 a month for up to 10 users, Growth is $149 for up to 20 and Pro is $299 for unlimited users. Prices exclude VAT. Every plan has a one-time onboarding of $300. See the full pricing or see the plans.

Take a 10-person sales team where 6 people chat all day. On Zoho you count seats and multiply by the per-user rate for the edition you pick. On Boost, all 10 sit inside Starter at $99. Look up the Zoho rate on zoho.com and do the sum for your own team size.

Zoho also lists a no-charge entry edition for 3 users. It has limits, so check them against how your team works before relying on it.

What is a good alternative to Zoho CRM for a small business?

If your sales run on WhatsApp, XMA Boost is one alternative to Zoho CRM. It gives your team one shared inbox, a lead board and follow-up automations on your own WhatsApp number. Plans are priced by team size, not per user. Your team runs it. Zoho may suit you better if you need deep customisation.

Does Zoho CRM work with WhatsApp? A WhatsApp Zoho CRM integration check

We did not find WhatsApp named on the Zoho CRM home, features or pricing pages on 21 October 2026. That does not prove a WhatsApp Zoho CRM integration is missing, because Zoho may offer it through add-ons or partners. Ask Zoho what it needs and what it costs. In XMA Boost, WhatsApp is built into the inbox, on your own number.

On XMA Boost, your number runs on the official WhatsApp Business platform. Every plan includes $100 of WhatsApp credit each month. After that, messages are billed on what you use. Read more in our WhatsApp Business API guide and on the WhatsApp page.

Who sets it up for me?

Onboarding is a one-time $300. After you pay, you book an onboarding call. Done-for-you set-up is quoted on a call and added to any plan.

Either way, your team runs it. We do not manage your leads or your day to day. Your team owns the conversations.

What XMA Boost does day to day

  • One shared inbox. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS and email in one place. See the shared inbox.
  • A board for every lead. Each lead has a stage and an owner. See pipelines.
  • Follow-ups that send themselves. Instant replies, missed-call text back and booking reminders. See automations.
  • An AI agent on Growth and Pro. It answers from your own material, asks your questions and hands over to a person. See the AI agent.

Two past projects show the point. In one, a Dubai property agent's Facebook leads were not reaching the board. We replaced the old rule with two workflows and checked the result against Meta's own lead count. Read the property agent case. In the other, a Dubai oud brand had nothing talking to customers after the first order. Read the oud brand case. Client names and figures are held back.

Which one should you pick?

Pick Zoho CRM if you want a wide toolset you can shape yourself, you have someone to configure it, and chat is not your main channel.

Pick XMA Boost if WhatsApp is where your sales happen and you want a price set by plan, not by each new person on the team. Done-for-you set-up is quoted on a call and added to any plan.
