What this WhatsApp link generator gives you
You give it a phone number and, if you like, a first message. It gives you two things.
- A link to a WhatsApp chat with your number.
- A QR code that holds the same link.
How do I make a WhatsApp link with a message?
Type your number with the country code and a first message, then press Make link. The tool builds the link from your number and your message. Copy it and paste it where you need it.
Follow these steps.
- 1Pick your country code from the list, or type it.
- 2Type your number.
- 3Write a short first message. Say what the person wants, for example: "Hi, I'd like to book a viewing."
- 4Press Make link.
- 5Press Copy and paste the link where you need it.
- 6Open the link on your own phone once. Check that the right number and message appear.
The message is optional.
How do I make a WhatsApp QR code?
Make the link first, then press Show QR code. The tool draws a square code that holds the same link. Download it as an image, then print it or show it on a screen. Test the code on your own phone before you print.
Use it where a person cannot tap a link: a shop window, a menu, a flyer, a business card, a stand at an event, a slide in a talk. Print it big enough to scan from where people will stand, and leave a blank border around it.
Where should I put the link?
Put it where a buyer already has a thumb ready: your Instagram bio, website, email signature, ads and printed signs with the QR code. Use one link per place, with a message that names the place, so you know where each chat came from.
For example:
- Instagram bio link: "Hi, I found you on Instagram."
- Website button: "Hi, I'm on your website and have a question."
- Shop window QR code: "Hi, I saw your sign."
- Ad that opens WhatsApp: "Hi, I saw your ad."
When a chat arrives, the first line tells you which door the person came through. Reply from the same number every time, so the customer sees one business.
What a link cannot do
A link opens a chat. That is all it does. Know the limits before you print a thousand flyers.
- It does not track clicks. You will not see how many people tapped it.
- It does not share the chat. The chat lands on the phone that owns the number.
- It does not reply for you. If nobody answers at night, the customer waits.
- It does not remember anyone. There is no list of who wrote, no notes, no follow-up.
For one person with a quiet phone, that is fine. For a team, it gets hard fast. Two people answer the same customer. A message sits unread overnight. A lead goes cold because nobody knew it was theirs.
When one phone is not enough
If several people answer the same number, you need an inbox. XMA Boost puts every WhatsApp chat in one shared inbox, lets you assign each chat to a person in one tap, and runs follow-ups that send themselves, such as a text back after a missed call. Leads sit in a pipeline. We build it and set it up for you. Your team runs it.
Your links and QR codes point at your number. XMA Boost connects your own number to the official WhatsApp Business platform, so your team answers from the inbox.

Questions about WhatsApp links
No. The message is part of the link, and the link is part of the code. If you change the message, make a new code. Print only after you are happy with the wording.
Not from the link itself. It only opens a chat, so you see a click only when a person sends a message. Use a different first message for each place to see where chats come from.
No. The link and the code are made on your own device. We do not send your number anywhere.
