Logging in and 2-step login

Open the sign-in page from your welcome email and bookmark it. Type your email address in the Email box and your password in the Password box. Press Sign in. Use the email address we invited.

Choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. We email you a reset link. Check spam if it does not arrive in a few minutes. If it still does not arrive, open the chat bubble on the login page or email us.

2-step login asks for a code from your phone as well as your password. It stops someone getting in with a stolen password.

We recommend it for the account owner and anyone who sees payments or contacts.

To turn it on:

1. 1Click your picture at the top right, then choose your profile.
2. 2Find 2-step login and switch it on.
3. 3From then on, you also type a six-digit code from your phone each time you sign in. Type the code, then press Confirm.

You can also change your password on the profile page. Type the new one in the Password box, confirm it, then press Save. Use a long password you use nowhere else.

• Use a different password from your other accounts.
• Do not share one login between people. Add each person as their own user. It costs nothing extra because users are unlimited.
• If someone leaves, remove them the same day. See Adding your team.
