You own your data
Your contacts, chats, deals and bookings belong to you. Not to us.
- We never use your customers' data for our own marketing.
Take it with you
Ask for your data at any time. We send it within 2 business days, as files you can open in a spreadsheet: contacts, conversations, deals, appointments and form answers.
If you leave, we keep your data for 30 days so you can ask for it. Then we delete it.
Locked to the right people
- Every person on your team has their own login.
- You choose each person's role and what they can see.
- Turn on two-step login, so a password alone is not enough to get in.
- Remove a person and their access stops.
Safe on the way
Everything between your phone or computer and XMA Boost travels encrypted (HTTPS).
Where your data lives
XMA Boost runs on our platform provider's cloud servers in the United States.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We do not train AI models on your data.
- We never look in your account without a reason. Our team opens it to set it up, to fix something you asked about, or to keep it running.
- We never send messages to your contacts on our own.
- We never keep your data after we delete your account, except tax invoices the law says we must keep.
Clear terms
- Cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we refund everything you paid, including the setup fee.
- Monthly plans cancel any time.
- Live in 24 hours. WhatsApp live within 24 hours of Meta approval. We guarantee these dates in writing.
