Reports and the dashboard

What the numbers on your dashboard mean.

Video: Read your dashboard: the numbers that matter (1:08, with captions)

The dashboard is the first page you see. It shows the week at a glance.

What you see

  • New leads: people who wrote to you this week.
  • Booked calls: bookings made this week.
  • Open conversations: chats waiting for a reply.
  • Pipeline value: the total of open deals.
  • Leads by source: where your leads came from.
  • Answered in 15 minutes: how fast your team replied.
  • Needs a person: who is waiting for a reply right now.
  • Open chats per person: who has how many chats.

Reading the numbers

Numbers describe what happened. They do not predict sales. If leads go up but bookings do not, look at how fast you reply.

Growth and Pro reports

Reports by source and by month: leads, cost per lead and customers. Cost per lead needs your ad spend to be added.

Tips

  • Check "Needs a person" first each morning.
  • Look at the week, not one day.
  • Source numbers are only as good as the source tags on your leads. Tell your team to set them.
