Cancelling and refunds
The 7-day refund and how cancelling works.
The 7-day refund
If you change your mind within 7 days of buying, we refund everything you paid, including the setup fee. No questions. The refund includes the VAT you paid.
After 7 days
- Monthly plans: cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. There are no part refunds.
- Yearly plans: not refundable. If you cancel, it stops renewing at the end of the year.
WhatsApp credit
Credit you have already used is not refunded.
How to cancel
- 1Open the chat bubble in the app, or email us.
- 2Say you want to cancel.
- 3We ask once if something is wrong, in case we can fix it.
- 4We confirm your end date by email.
Your data
We keep your data for 30 days after your plan ends. You can ask for an export in that time. After 30 days we delete it. See Exporting your data.
