Take your contacts and records with you.
Your data is yours. You can export it at any time, on every plan.
Contacts
- 1Open Contacts.
- 2Select the contacts, or all of them.
- 3Choose Export.
- 4You get a CSV file by email or download.
Conversations and other records
Ask us in chat. Say what you need, for example all chats, deals or bookings. We prepare it and send it.
When you leave
We keep your data for 30 days after your plan ends. Ask for your export in that time. After that we delete it.
Before you export
Keep the file safe. It holds your customers' details. Do not email it to others without a reason.
