Your plan price is fixed. A few things are paid by use, from your wallet. Here is what each one costs, so you know before you buy and after.
What usage is
Usage is anything you pay for each time it happens: an AI reply, a WhatsApp message, an email. Your plan covers the rest.
Every account has a wallet. It pays for usage as it happens, and you see every charge. It tops up automatically when it runs low, and you set when and how much it tops up.
Usage is billed from your wallet at the rates below. WhatsApp is Meta's price plus 40% for processing and support.
AI replies on each plan

Prices are in USD and do not include VAT. Calls and SMS are not offered, so there is no charge for them.
WhatsApp rates
Meta sets the price of each WhatsApp message by the country of the person who gets it and by the type of message: marketing, utility or authentication. You pay Meta's price plus 40%, which covers processing and support.

Replies inside the 24-hour window
When a customer writes to you, a 24-hour window opens, and each new message from them resets it. Replies you send inside that window are service messages and need no template. Meta makes no charge for the first 1,000 service messages a month on each business number. After that Meta charges its service rate, and we add 40%. Meta also makes no charge for service messages sent inside an ad entry point window.
For some countries Meta lists a higher price for authentication codes sent from another country. Meta's rate card shows it, and the same 40% applies.

An estimate, before VAT. WhatsApp uses United Arab Emirates rates: $0.0806 a marketing message and $0.0220a utility message. Starter's one-time credit is not counted here.
Questions about usage
Open your wallet in Settings. It shows your balance and every charge, so you can see what used it.
The AI agent pauses its replies until you top up. WhatsApp messages and email sends that use the wallet wait as well. Keep auto top-up on and this does not happen.
Yes. You set when the wallet tops up and how much it adds each time. With auto top-up off, the wallet never adds more than you put in.
WhatsApp prices follow Meta, who set their own rates and can change them. This page shows the date of the rates, and we update it when they change.
No. Every price on this page is in USD and does not include VAT. We add VAT where the law requires it and show it on your invoice.
Unused wallet balance is refunded only within the first 7 days. The full terms are on the refunds page.
No. Calls and SMS are not offered, so nothing is charged for them.
No. Growth's monthly credit is added each month, and what you do not use does not carry over to the next month.
