Connecting Instagram and Facebook
Link your pages so messages and comments reach the inbox.

Instagram and Facebook messages arrive in the same inbox as WhatsApp.
What you need
- A Facebook Page you manage.
- An Instagram professional account (business or creator) linked to that Page.
- Admin access on the Page.
Connect
- 1Open Settings, then click Integrations. You see a card for Facebook and a card for Instagram.
- 2Click Connect on the card you want.
- 3A pop-up window opens. Log in to Facebook there. Never send us your password. You log in on Meta's own screen.
- 4Pick your Page and your Instagram account, confirm, and come back.
- 5Open Conversations. Facebook and Instagram should show as connected.
Send yourself a test message from another account. It should appear in the inbox in a few seconds.
If it does not work
- Your Instagram must be a professional account and linked to the Page.
- In Instagram, open Settings, Messages and story replies, and allow message access for connected tools.
- Ask us in chat. We can do it with you on screen.
