Quick replies and saved answers

1. 1Open Conversations, then click the Snippets tab. This is where your saved replies live. Each one shows its name and its text.
2. 2Click New Snippet.
3. 3Choose Add Text Snippet, for a chat or text message.
4. 4Type a short name in the Name box, so you can find it later.
5. 5Type your answer in the Snippets Body box.
6. 6Press Save.

2. 2Click the snippet icon at the bottom of the message box.
3. 3Pick your saved reply. It appears in the box.
4. 4Read it, change anything you like, then send.

• Your snippet shows in the Snippets list.
• Its text appears in the message box.

• Keep each one short and friendly.
• Read it before you send. Add the customer's name or details if it needs them.
