How it works
- 1A visit or sale is marked as done.
- 2Boost sends the customer a short message with a link to your review page.
- 3The customer leaves a review on Google (or the platform you choose).
Set it up
- Give us your Google review link. We add it to your account.
- Choose when the request goes out. A few hours after the visit works well.
- Check the message wording. We send you the text first.
Rules we follow
- We ask everyone, not only happy customers. Review sites do not allow picking who to ask.
- We never offer a reward for a review.
- We do not write reviews for you.
Replying to reviews
Reply to every review, good or bad, in a calm and short way. If a review is a complaint, offer to talk by phone.
