Billing
Wallet and usage
What the wallet pays for, how credit works on each plan and how to check your use.
Some things in Boost are billed by use, not by plan. Your wallet pays for them.
What the wallet pays for
- AI chat agent replies.
- WhatsApp messages.
- Email sending.
Everything else is in your plan price.
Credit on each plan

| Pro | None. AI chat replies are unlimited on fair use |
Growth's monthly credit covers about 500 AI replies a month. After the credit is used, you pay as you go. Starter pays as you go for AI replies. An AI reply costs 5 cents.

What is not in the wallet
Calls and SMS are not offered. Nothing is billed for them.
Check your use
Open your wallet in Settings to see your balance and what used it. Check it weekly for the first month.
Keep it topped up
If the wallet runs out, the AI agent pauses its replies, and messages that use the wallet wait, until you top up. Switch on auto top-up and you set when and how much it adds.
VAT
VAT applies to wallet charges too. See VAT on your invoice.
